Back teeth at 1 year old?!

Jakes getting some of his back teeth..!! About 1 or 2 teeth in from the back.

He only has the bottom two front, and the 4 front at the top.

He has a gap on the top, then two are coming through at the back. Is that normal

His teeth have never come through in order!! Poor little thing!

Don't worry teeth seem to do whatever they like really!

Tom's top molars started coming through the day after his 1st birthday when he only had the 2 top front and 2 bottom front ones. By 14 months he had those 4 plus 4 more at the front and 4 molars. I'm still waiting for the canines to come through so he's had a gap for 5 months now.

That's okay then. I was starting to worry! He looked like a little vampire for ages because had had his two canines come through first!!

My Lo is the same. He got his bottom 4 teeth, then top 4, then his molars started. He's got 2 molars top and bottom both sides now but gaps in between where his other teeth should be. So it sounds fine to me!

Back molars usually come before canines, so the gap is normal. But with Omar he still have 2 front bottom teeth missing which is not so common as he already had his back molars at 16 months.

Ethan had his pretty early. Now at 19mo he has all 16 at the front so it's pretty normal. I'm sure babycentre have a little video thing showing approx when teeth come in and in what order x
