Aymens diet and food intake can at times be a little erratic, so i offer formula on bad days and cows milk on the good days.
He doesnt notice the difference and refuses neither thankfully.

We switched gradually, so at 12 months Isla was still on formula, but from about 13 months we gave half formula mixed with half cow's milk, now for the past month or so we just give cow's milk.

here in iceland we have special cows milk from 6 months onwards to 2 years. it basically has the same vits like formula. it is like fullmilk and you have to store it in the fridge and usually lasts for 1 week like normal fullmilk.

my midwife said i can switch now to fullmilk. but OH wants to stay on this milk until 2 years.

We do both: i always have a tub of formula in, just because it keeps so well & we have cows milk in the fridge, but as this goes off quicker, to be honest i find formula easier.

Does anyone know how much made-up milk you get out of a normal tub of formula? Im just wondering if the price difference is as big as presumed? It seems to last us weeks!
