How to get my 19 month old off a dummy?

He only has it at nap time and at bedtime or if he is poorly. He's not bothered about having it in the day. He knows that he has it when its time for sleep. I have never put him down without it.

What is the best thing to do? He also doesn't STTN yet & we are moving house in about 3 weeks.

Help xx

Sorry no idea, my LO still has a dummy for naps and night time but i don't see it as a problem so i will wait until she understands more before i worry about taking it away.
