Toddler getting sick at night..

Saturday night my little girl woke up about 4 times vomiting, luckily she was in our bed so i was on alert the whole night and hardly slept. Well me and oh put it down to maybe just an upset tmmuy. Sunday she had no appetite really but drank plenty water and had a little to eat in the evening.
Last night i kept her in my bed again to keep an eye on her and again she woke up 3 times vomiting. Shes had no temp or any other symptoms she was fine durung the day her normal self, so im confused now.
I will be takin her docs at 9am but just wanted to see if anyone has any ideas.

Both my kids had this in December, fine all day but no appetite then vomiting during the night. Brought them to the doctors and he said it was a virus and would last anywhere from 5-10 days, it lasted 6 days for both of them. Hope she feels better soon.
