Metanium! It was the only thing that would help my LO's severe nappy rash, even when it bled it didn't irritate him and as soon as it was on he calmed right down and it was pretty much gone the next day!

I'm sure people have said this already because it's really good, I haven't read the posts though sorry, Metanium has been magic for us.

We had recent case of severe nappy rash with Jessica. She never really had it before only a little every now and then and that cleared up no problem with sudocrem. However, after her recent injections her bum and bits went bright red and even bled when we cleaned her (not sure if that was just coincidence). We took her to the docs and they prescribed a mild steroid cream called timodine (I think). Did wonders for her. Now we're back on the sudocrem.
Hope your doc can sort it for you.

We tried every single cream you can think of and even tried the old egg white method as DD's bottom would bleed with nappy rash It was awful. We even moved on to cloth nappies. The only thing that helped was a mild steroid cream from the docs. Eventually we figured out she was allergic to bananas, of all things!

We have allways used sudo as a barrier. But Lil recently scratched her fanny and i didnt notice till she had an awful blueberry poo. The poo was quite acidic and inflamed the scratch.

Metanium did the job
