nappy cream


what is the best nappy cream all of you ladies use? LO is 1 and has a severe attack of nappy rash, i normally use sudacrem but its not helping at all this time, im takin him docs tommorow, but any idea until then would be much appreciated, thankyou x

I like Asda's nappy cream, because it is medicated but also a barrier. Alternatively you could try mixing Sudocrem with a bit of Vaseline to give it that 'barrier' that it lacks.

On the more expensive side, I also rate Bepanthen and Weleda. Heard lots of good reviews about Metanium too.

Try drapolene, I think it is amazing.
It is often used in hospitals for burns/rashes etc and I find it clears up nappy rash so quick
xx

bepanthem is brill jayden cant use sudacrem as it burns him so doc prescribed bepanthem xx

Metanium will cure the worst ever nappy rash but it smells horrible, you only need the tinest amount the tube I have is over a year old

Another fan of metanium, LO has really sensitive skin & I've found this the best so far.
