Meal/Nap Question...

Today, to my total and utter shock... Paige slept until 7.45am, 2 hours later than normal!
Of course, this put her breakfast back to about 8.15, and after that, I took her out to the park, then went to a rhyme session at 11.30am... she fell asleep almost instantly after we came out (so about 12.10pm) and is still sleeping now. She never had anything to eat before she went to sleep. She did have a fruit pouch at around 10.30am.

Anyway, when she wakes up, should I give her lunch as normal? Even though it will be 2 hours later than usual, or should I give her a light snack and wait until dinner?

Im thinking I will give her a little lunch, then just give her dinner later than normal.

I am also praying that she is going to wake up at this time every morning and that maybe this is her way of going to 1 nap a day?

I give Tobi. Small snack before his 1130 sleep, and then again when he wakes up two hours later. Then dinner at 430 ish.

My LO wakes up at 6am normally and has a 2-3 hour sleep from 11am-2/3pm. I usually give her a snack before her nap, a proper main meal shortly after she wakes and then a light meal for dinner.

If she does the same tomorrow or any other time, I would give her lunch right before she's due her nap x

If she does move onto this pattern I too would give an early lunch. My LO has lunch around 11.30am and goes down for a nap at 12-12.15 for 2-3hours. She has a small snack on waking and then dinner at 5pm xx

Thanks ladies... she woke up just as I posted the original post, so slept for 1.5 hours. She went to sleep at 7.20pm so have my fingers crossed she sleeps until 7.45am again! Probably not though, knowing my luck she will be up at half 5... doh!
