Good toddler-proofing products?

My 2 yr old is a master at all things toddler-proof. He masters everything!

He likes to get in to the fridge and so bought what is a rather simple lock for it but figured he wouldn't figure it out in 2 days! Ugh. I put it up as high as I could but he stands on his tip toes.

I need some fool-proof products. At a point where I may just padlock the refridgerator!

I just cleared out a shelf in a low cupboard for plastic plates, bowls, cups and spoons. I put some snacks in there and showed them what they were allowed to take out of the fridge. That way they have a bit of independence, it helps them develop various skills and I've never needed to toddler-proof the kitchen.
