Today has been really good with one exception-

GOOD-

1. POTTY SUCCESS! Ihsan did his 1st poo on the potty and I just got so excited, never thought I'd be sooo happy to see a poo He will do a 'pee pee' from time to time on his potty but always comes off to go to his special place behind the curtain for a poo. Today I knew he needed to go so I put his table with his books in front of him and told him to do it in his 'toilet' and then we would get ready to go to the park and he just did!

2. We got to spend the day in the park because for once it was actually sunny We visited the cows and then the horses and he got to pat the horse today which he loved until it 'neighed' and he nearly did another poo Then we walked round the flower garden and then went for lunch in the museum cafe. All good.

NOT SO GOOD-

Our car was parked next to the play park so of course there was no escaping it! I am forever grabbing Ihsan when he runs towards moving swings but today the 4th time I had to grab him I just wasn't fast enough He is very fast when he runs and he just suddenly changed direction right into the swing and 'BANG!' the little girls foot went right into his lip which burst it open (could have been worse it isn't as bad as I feared!), he fell and then the swing bumped his head but thankfully not with such force as the girls Dad caught the swing slightly but accidently it slipped from his had so it still bumped his head. Well I got such a fright and Ihsan was crying. He stopped crying after a minute as we sat on the swing and I sang to him. The girls Dad was so nice, appologising even although it wasn't his fault at all, it was my own fault for not being quick enough! He gave him £1 and told him to go get a sweetie which was really lovely of him.

We are home now and Ihsan is still talking about the swing and his sore mouth. but pleased with his 'penny'

Ihsan is soooooo extremely active and loves to climb everywhere he is always scaring me If he would only take it just a little easier, my nerves are shattered!

Way to go Ishan with the poo!! And it's amazing what a penny or a sweetie can do!!!!x

The accident at the park sounds horrible though hun but I'm glad he seems okay now. I bet you were more shaken up than he was .

Thanks I was, we sat on the swing for about 5minutes together singing nursery rymes which was probably more to calm my nerves as Ihsan was fine after a minute or 2! x

I'm still thinking about it now lol!

Aww, I'm always like that too. I can't forget about things like that very easily. After Daisy fell down the stairs (and was fine) I even woke up thinking about it the next morning. I hope Ihsan's lip is much better now xx
