really bad AF showed, what to do with LO?

is it terrible of me to be laying on the couch and turn the tele on for LO while I am in pain and try to relax these cramps away?!

please tell me I'm a good mum! I only turn it on for an hour or so to get some rest, and then it goes off for most of the rest of the day. maybe 10 minutes after lunch, and another 10 at snack time...

Nope not at all hun. Go do what tyou need to do to make your self feel better.

Like BethK, my TV is on most of the day, more so, so that I can hear adults speaking and having conversations, instead of me being the only who talks in the house.

We don't have the TV in much but we save it for special ocassions just like the one you are in! Before Christmas both me and DD had flu and we literally had the TV on all day for three days, all both of us could do was ait on the sofa. It took a few days to wean her back off it but she was fine!

I have been poorly this week after my wisdom tooth extraction and have had cbeebies on most of the time. I have felt guilty, there's no denying, but I know I'll make up for it when I'm better. It won't harm them watching a bit more on the odd occasion.
