Omar doesn't drink milk everyday. I just noticed recently that whenever he drinks a full cup he gets an awful smelly & runny nappy & his bum becomes red with a little rash. Other than some redness he never had a nappy rash.  He used to drink cow milk with no problems before we weaned him off the bottle at 23 months. He has cow milk in his cereals, he eats milk pudding & yoghurts with no problems. But every time he drinks milk those days he gets a rash & a horrible poo after 30 mins Can it irritate his tummy when he drinks it although he's fine with milk in food |
