ideas of things to do with a toddler during the day

so i am excited and nervous at the same time as i am about to spend 4 whole days being a stay at home mum
i'm taking it very seriously and want to do lots and lots of activities with her so i need you help on things to do in the following categories so i can get a little ideas list together:

rainy day ideas
glorious sunshine ideas
places to visit
messy/activity based play ideas

she is currently 14months and not walking but i anticipate she will be by the summer-hopefully!!

edit: just to add we have a swimming lesson once a week until the summer but i will continue to take her once a week throughout the holidays.

Things to do

Hi there, I often find a bit of messy time play never goes amiss, play dough is always a winner for those wet days, and also messy painting on paper out side on those sunny days. You just hose everything down after! Picnics at a nearby beach or park. Getting a cheap paddling pool and filling it with sand, can use both in and outdoors too! Hope that helps x

Gluing pictures from magazines into a scrap book
Cooking (chocolate rice krispie cakes is an easy one to start with)
Salt dough
