Liam still does, afternoon nap which is about 2-3 hours but some days he will refuse. He still sleeps 12-13 hours at night as well. x

My little man rarely has a nap, he stopped at around 20 months. He'll have one maybe once a fortnight (and usually if we've had a ridiculously busy morning where i've had to wake him up early!).

He normally wakes between 8/9am and goes to bed between 7/8pm, but by that time he is really tired and falls straight asleep. Which is much better than when he was napping still as he took bloody ages to fall asleep when it was bedtime!
