Her first night in her Toddler bed.

So tonight I have put her in her toddler bed. No fuss so far!
I just took a sneak peak and she was just laying there, sucking her pacifier dozing off so calm.

Is it possible a toddler bed transition will be a fight free?

Anyone have any positive stories? Their little ones transitioning so easily?

It almost seems too easy to be true!

Wow, already!

We aren't doing the transition until after age 2-3 or whenever LO starts to climb out.

Hope it goes well x

My LO is in a big bed now (the bottom half of a bunk bed) and she's almost 18months. We never had any problems!

Hopefully it will be nice and smooth for you xxx

Thanks. And yea. Since I have another baby on the way I wanted to transition her out of her crib into a toddler bed so that we wouldn't have to buy another crib. Money isn't so good to me. Lol. I took a sneak peak and almost cried. She looks so grown!

The main problem we had was bed hopping but once we pushed their beds together all was fine - they sleep cuddled up a lot now and better than in cots think they just love being together x

how did it go?! I tired with my LO last week and it was an utter nightmare! She appeared downstairs 10 mins after i tucked her in, then screamed her little heart out when i took her back up. Needless to say the sides went swiftly back on the cot the same night and she has been fine since! Wont be trying again for a long while! haha.
Hope your night was ok!

Tha ks for the replies.

And Vicky that is too cute.

&& guess what!?!?

She did PERFECT!

If anything I was the one more worried than her. I kept peeking in on her sleeping soundless all night. She didn't get out of bed until she heard me wake up in the morning in the bathroom getting ready, then I heard her little knock on her bedroom door and I opened it and she ran to me and gave me a hug and said, "Baba" lol she was hungry for some milk.

I was worried about her all night though, so through out the night I kept checking to makesure she was safe.

Hope she keeps it up!!

Still sad to see her transition though.
