K has a bath every night apart form Saturdays when we usually have friends over. She LOVES her baths but hates having her hair washed so we only do it once a week.

We bathe and wash DD's hair every other day, unless she is particulary dirty or has a lot of glitter in her hair in which case it would be every day as needed!

she's bathed every night in only water, just because it relaxes her.

My girls get bathed 3 times a week and have their hair washed at the same time. If they need a bath in between their designated bath nights then they have one.

Bath night is Wednesdays, after three days at nursery and before spending the day at Grandma's. Hair washed at the same time: she was good about this when she was littler, but now she hates getting water on her face. If she's poorly or too tired, I try to bath her at the weekend instead, but sometimes she goes a fortnight without a bath or hair wash. If she gets something sticky in her hair or gets totally covered in paint, of course, we fit in an unscheduled bath somehow.

A surprise way of reconciling Rowan to hair washing turned out to be to take her to a professional hairdresser. She went with Grandma a few weeks ago, and was encouraged by seeing the ladies having their hair washed backwards to let me tip her backwards in the bath to rinse her hair.

At the moment she has a bath 2-3 times a week and a hairwash every 1-2 weeks. It can be more often when she's going through a bath-loving stage and less often when she's going through yet another bath-hating stage.
