Paige will be 15 months soon. She still has 2 naps some days when she wakes up before 7am, but this leads to bedtime troubles... so am hoping to move to 1 nap soon. On the days where she wakes up around 7.30am, she has 1 nap at around 12.30pm for 90 minutes or so and then goes to be around 7.30pm.
With the 2 naps, she doesnt have her first until 10am then sleeps till 11-11.30, then her 2nd nap is late at around 3 until 4pm... which is way too late and then she isnt tired!

Basically we're stuck in this transition and Im hoping we figure something out soon!

Mallory is 16 months. She goes to bed at 8pm and wakes at 7am. She naps from noon to 2:15.

Each time is give or take a half hour but she's really quite regular.

Having a solid, working, predictable sleep schedule has been really nice.

Thank you! Eden sleeps from 8-7.30/8.30 an generally has a nap from 2-4/5!

How do you get your lo to nap? Dd is very hard to get to nap unless in the car or In the pram! At bedtime we just put her to bed n she goes off herself but she is the opposite at nap time n it's gettin more difficult as we need to take her out in the car or somethin which is gettin harder as ds is breastfed! x
