Anyone else? (highly sensitive toddlers)

With a highly sensitive child?

There is a test here:

http://www.hsperson.com/pages/test_child.htm

Omar scored 19

I'm reading the book & it makes sense.

Interested to know if there are more highly sensitive toddlers here

Daisy scored 15. Hmm, some are very true of Daisy and some not at all true of her. She is very intuitive, uses big words, is a perfectionist, notices subtleties and asks lots of questions. These sum her up perfectly. She also isn't great with change and is very aware if someone is in distress. However she is the complete opposite to some of the other questions, for example she loves big surprises and really likes loud noises

According to the book, HSC vary so much. It's the overall score. The book is very detailed & it discusses each trait & personality separately.

I'm trying to understand Omar's personality. I always get comments on how "different" he is compared to other kids his age.

Yep - Daniel is very much like this.
We scored 14, but couldn't answer some questions as he is only 21 months - but I have a feeling that the score will be higher!!
People often comment on how 'different' he is too!

A trip to the playground usually consists of Daniel looking at how things work for about 40 mins, then about 15mins of 'playing' on the equipment when he is satisfied with the workings, then asking to go home!!!
