My LO finally fell asleep about 7.35pm, woke every hour until 11.30pm where she slept a full 4hr 40mins (she hasn't slept more than a full 3hrs in about a month.) then decided she was going to wake every 10mins from 4.40am til 5.30am. Then she was up for the day. x
Omg thank god I read this thread I thought I was the only one going though this.
Sam never been the best sleeper but was going though from about 11pm to 6.30 about 6 weeks before this happened but the last 3/4 weeks he's up screaming until he comes into our bed! We were having to give him milk the first week he started this but thankfully we nipped that in the bud by being strong any only offering water which he has now accepted. Some nights he goes straight to sleep once in our bed and occasionally we have successfully been able to move him back to his room but other nights he just messes around the bed and it's driving me nuts! Help someone!!! X
My LO didn't sleep too bad last night. She finally fell asleep at 8.15pm after being up at 6.40am. She woke 40mins, 2hr15min, 3hr, 2hr 20mins, then decided it was time to get up at 5.30am but i managed to get her back to sleep for an hour, so she got up at 6.40am.
I'm going to try 1 nap today and hope she settles in bed for 6.00pm and try to get our days short days/long nights back. x
last night was ok again, we were out but he had 2 naps during the day 1 late one so we got him ready for bed and came home at 7:45 so he fell asleep in the car, he stayed asleep till bout 5 then i gave him milk he went till 7am, i gave him some toys to play with so i could get another 1/2 hour maybe next thing i know its 9am!!!! i jumped out of bed and went to his room and he was asleep but woke quite quickly.
