I have two extremes. Daniel has always packed away a huge amount of food yet is skinny as anything. Esther eats hardly anything-a normal day for her is: 2 weetabix for breakfast, yoghurt at lunch and no dinner. The only time she eats dinner or lunch is if I do pasta or beans. Even though she eats so little her weight remains steady.
My daughter has been 21 for 6 months, no loss no gain. today our meal plan is toast and yogurt for breakfast, jam sandwhich and fruit for lunch and the sweet n sour quorn chicken noodles for dinner, and well we will see what she eats as snacks.. Glad to hear other peoples children are same.My 2 boys ate and ate and ate and were puttin on loads, this is very different with my little girl lol x
