Bedtime

My daughter is 3 years old and her bedtime is about 8pm. But like most children it takes her a little while to go asleep.

between 7:30 and 8 most days but if she's extra cranky she goes down at 7

she's 3.5 and doesn't nap any longer. When she was still napping she was in bed closer to 8:30

I have late sleeper kids. I can't get them to go to sleep before 9:30-10:30PM. Drives me nuts but even if I put them to bed earlier, that is the time they usually both fall asleep.

she has dinner around 6:15, is in the bath usually by 7pm, nurses around 7:30 and is usually asleep by 8pm, awake by 7:30a usually. she takes 1-2 naps a day and total napping time is about 1-2 hours a day. (she wakes up SEVERAL times in the night still)

Alexa is 18 months old and goes to bed at 6:30 but that's because she has to wake up at 0600 and soon will have to get up at 0530. but that's because I'm a single parent and work that early. And in the military so I can't find a different job that works later.

Her naps are t 1130 to 1:30. And she usually goes off to sleep within the first 15 minutes of bedtime.

Between 6.30-7pm depending on her naps. She usually has 2-2.5 hours after lunch when she's at home & then in the evening she's asleep within 5 mins. And she sttn until at least 7am, sometimes 8

Between 7.30-8pm. It's been 8pm for the last few days though. She's usually asleep within 5-10 minutes.

Usually 7-8pm. Sometimes she'll go to sleep pretty quickly, other times she can be awake for a while. If she's upset we bring her back to the living room.

8.30pm for both. Teddy naps twice a day and goes to sleep straightaway. Imogen normally still sleeps for an hour or so in the afternoon and she will often play for thirty minutes to an hour before settling down. If they go to the CM they're up at seven, if not they generally sleep until 8.30am. Or 9.30 at the weekend
