Sleep regression

Is there a sleep regression around 21 months, how long does it last?

DS has been a good sleeper up until about a week ago, now it is a struggle to get him down and this am woke 3am and we have been up since!

Morning. We have been up since 5!

Tobi had a bit of trouble around this age, we had to change his routine slightly and he came out of it n about three weeks.

We brought bath time earlier as we found it was exciting him rather than calming him down. He has to start his nap before 1230, and not sleep later than 2pm at the very very latest.
We also gave him supper at ths stage as he desn't do milk anymore and he went through a HUGE growth spurt!

Thanks going to try the early bath tonight. Wonder why things can change so quickly, routine works one day then not the next!
