What temperature is your LO's room at night?

Hi all,

Just wondered the average temperature in your toddlers rooms. I reduced the temp in Ruby's bedroom a few weeks ago when she got a bad cold and now I'm stuck in a rut trying to figure out our night wakings!!
If you could give me an idea of the temp e.g 18 degrees all night or keep heating on till a certain time.
I'm wondering if I'm making Ruby's room too cool and that why she wakes at 3am hysterical!!

Thanks

we have the household thermostat that controls the heating in our daughters room and it is set to go on to keep the house between 18 - 20 degrees C.

No heating, the room right now starts off at 18-20 degrees when we go to bed, and gets down to about 16. He's in a 2.5tog sleeping bag.
