Read the instructions carefully as you can't leave it in too long before bding but you will want to put it in a bit before so it can adjust to your body temperature.

Also, don't use as Much as it says too, it's WAY too much! Maybe 2/3 of the recommendation.

Good luck!

I agree that using as much as stated wasn't really necessary, you will soon feel what is right for you. You aren't going to do any harm by using the amount it advises so it's just down to you.
Be patient with it.. I had friends who raved over it and that they were certain this helped them but I have not yet had success. I think it's great for the lead up to ovulation and the fertile window as you may not have the ewcm so it's bound to work in that respect.

This was my first cycle trying it - I agree that the out of the box instructions recommend more than most people will need, but since the point is to provide fluid to aid swimmers, I didn't see a big downfall (other than some mess) to having some extra. I used 1/2 - 3/4 of what they recommended and was fine with that. My husband did comment that he thinks its almost "too" slippery, and reduces friction/sensation a little. No other negative comments though.

This is what we experienced when we first used it. At first I used about 2/3 of what is recommended and it was still way too much and made it so slippery that both of us couldn't feel a whole lot.
Now when I use it (which isn't every time) i really just use a tiny bit. But we have also used it like a regular lubricant just on the surface just for fun and really like it.

You just have to find the right amount for you personally but when you do, it's a really nice and natural feeling lubricant Obviously I can't speak for it's purpose of helping bring the swimmers to the egg, but I hope i will be able to give positive reviews about that soon as well haha

I agree with what the others have said, though I'm not sure if it works or not.. It does provide a great environment and feel. We only used a tiny amount, as any more than that was way too much slip for us, and he would keep slipping out and stabbing in without realizing. No fun for that.
