So, I've finally made my doctors appointments, but I wont be seeing anyone for at least two weeks. I think I may have cysts, but the symptoms fit many categories. Also, I have not had a cycle since September 2010. I had unprotected sex about 5 weeks ago and I began having trouble a week after that.

1.A week after the unprotected sex, I began getting very sick to my stomach. The slightest smell turned my tummy. I had to leave work because of it.

2.Then I vomited along with the nausea.

3.Then I (TMI ahead) started having diarrhea which alternated with constipation.
I thought something was seriously wrong, then the symptoms disappeared completely.

4.Exactly 21 days after the sex I had brown spotting for about 3 days but it was only present when I wiped. That spotting turned to light brown mixed with white for one day. Then I wiped one morning and it was a little reddish pink with clear discharge. Then finally one day of stringy dark brown discharge. The spotting/discharge lasted a total of 6 days.

5.Intermittently I've had cramping on my left abdomen, right side of my lower back, and cramping that radiates to my legs.

6.Then came the bloating. I have had to sit at my desk with my pants unbuttoned, I could not wear my belt (which I need lol). I could not bare the feeling of anything rubbing my stomach. It's just plain uncomfortable.

7.Two days after the spotting stopped, I became sick and vomited so violently that blood vessels in my both my eyes burst.
I took a HPT just for kicks, but of course it was negative.

8.Three days ago while in the shower I had three sharp pains on my left side but they subsided after that.

9.On Monday I had unprotected sex. Tuesday and Wednesday I had cramping.

10.Intermittent breast tenderness but nothing major. It could be from my bra.

11.Fatigue has been present throughout, but has gotten worse this past week. I almost feel intoxicated.

So I'm really thinking that I have cysts that were never noticed before. I know that's a laundry list of symptoms, but if anyone can relate or has info to share, I'd love to read it.

Wow that's a lot going on, and I'm not sure if I'll be any help. I've had cysts a few times and they were always just a dull pain that would come and go. It never really felt like cramps when I had them, but I guess it could differ for some people.

The smells and vomiting sounds like your preggo. Either way good luck and I hope you get the outcome you want.

Thank you so much for responding. I thought maybe the cyst had burst or something which may have explained the spotting and cramping. Maybe I'm grasping at straws because I want to know what's wrong.

Well, I spent the early part of this morning throwing up once again. More busted blood vessels in my eyes...I'm praying the doctors will be able to help me.
