I'm going to add a bit to all of my cooking, last night I made a pot of soup with maca in it and a loaf of bread with maca in it

is it next cycle you'll get Clomid?

Foquita, found maca! In powder or tablets! I assumed it tastes like rubber, so I got it in tablets! So I guess we are maca buddies! Lol!
Ive heard sunflowers seeds work wonderfully! Ill try with that too! They're delicious!
I should be taking clomid at the start of next cycle!b

The SMEP actually recommends you do it in the afternoon because the lh surge typically happens in the afternoon. You just have to make sure you dont drink anything for 4 hours before you take it. I normally take mine in the morning though.

BTW, foquita, let me know if they prescribe you metformin! I just took a pill of maca... it says in the bottle it says I should take it 3 times a day!

maca buddies and PCOS buddies

I've got the powder and I'm just adding bits to my cooking, I kinda wish I had got the tablets though! I read online that too much can be a bad thing, I'll try to find the article and post it for you

on the packet it says that one or two heaped spoonfuls is the recommended dose but I'm just using a teaspoon here and there for now, then I will probably build it up

I put ground flaxseed, sunflower and pumpkin seeds in my food too

I am doing all this but really I'm hoping for metformin or Clomid to sort me out
