raspberry leaf tea


hi does anyone know what the minimum amount of raspberry leaf tea is you need to drink for it to start working? was not sure if it was like green tea were you need to drink six cups for it to be worth while, as there is only twenty in a box. thanks x

Normally if you buy it for therapeutic use you buy it loose in 500g bags from a therapeutic herbal shop. I infuse about 20g in 2L water and let it sit a few hours before drinking.

Thanks, that's really useful. I bought the tea bags, and it's pricey! Will look for a loose tea source.
