Still no AF! Who's with me?! - Page 34

Hey girls, looks like I am back in this thread. Last cycle was 61 days. This cycle so far is 35 days. Before BC and while on it (for 6 years) I had 28 day cycles like clockwork. So now I am in limbo, not sure if I O'd or not, BBT chart is not really helping me right now and not sure if I caught a positive with OPK. This is all too confusing!

THANKFULLY I have a fertility specialist appointment on Wednesday. It'll probably just be an initial (get to know me type thing) appt, so probably no answers, but at least the ball will start to roll. This is cycle # 11 trying. :'(

Negative HPT so far too.

I started Vitex on CD1, hoping it would shorted my cycle. Let's hope this doesn't turn into a 61 day thing again.

Can't imagine how frustrated you are, just had a 71 day cycle which was bad enough, my af eventually came naturally but not before 3 blood tests and an ultrasound, though at least this told me i don't have PCOS and everything looks okay. I really hope things regulate for you praying for that af to come, it's such a horrible waiting game, it does your head in.

It's getting to me. It's bringing me down. I think it's the root of my anger toward DH recently.

CD151 now and still nothing. It's been 13 months since my last depo shot. It's been 3 weeks since the last dose of Prometrium. I HATE the thought of waiting until JUNE to be able to take another step. I JUST WANT A BABY.

I'm sorry you're feeling this way... if it's any consolation, there are others in the same boat. I'm going on for 8 months now and NOTHING! Nada, zip...

I haven't been getting down about it until last week... now it's all I can think about to have a bloody period!!

I know it's 'out there', but have you tried acupuncture? I'm going for my second session tomorrow night and - who knows

- there are enough good news stories out there about it helping with cycles and ovulation to make me think that it's worth a shot!

Just got my appointment letter for the specialist, so at least I'm getting somewhere eventually with getting it seen to!

Hi Minni,

That's terrible, I can't believe that they are making you wait so long, it's ridiculous, i really feel for you, I know my cycle wasn't that long but its so horrible the waiting it can drive you crazy, it was really hard for both my hubby and I, the not knowing and all the tests.

I know how you feel though who ever thought it would be this hard to get pregnant. I never expected to be one of the women that had problems, it's so hard and all I want, like you is to have a baby.

I really hope that something changes for you soon, keep strong and keep us updated.

She ran bloodwork when I was there last month and everything came back normal, so I guess she just wants to give the depo ample time to run out. I've been debating going to another doc for a second opinion. Not sure if it would do any good though.

I'm going on 10 months of trying, ONE month of which I've actually had AF. It's insane. I am with you. I NEVER imagined my constant thought would be about getting my freaking period. And then I get people who say "I envy you" when I tell them I haven't had one since Oct. Seriously? Why would you say that to someone who NEEDS a cycle and is TRYING to have a baby?!

I don't think I could do acupuncture, I'm not too keen on the thought of having a million tiny needles stuck into me.

I'm on CD 72 now of this cycle. My GYN wants me and DH to come in in April. I think she is going to get him tested and then put me on Metformin because that's the only mess she seems to talk about. Due to my PCOS and being overweight. Hrrrmmm.. I hate this waiting! And I'm a little sick of doing OPKs and it not being positive!

Well Af hasnt shown for me. Again this sucks. All BFN's sooo I get to see my obgyn this wed. Getting lots of tests done. I knew it wouldnt sho this month its too good to be true to have AF months in a row.

Thank you ALL for your kind words! Guess what?! I am on CD 1!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't think anyone has ever been so excited to see AF as I am at this very minute! I feel like I got hit by a bus, but I am soooooo happy!!!!

Here's hoping she sticks on a regular schedule from here on out, UNLESS I get my BFP!
