Use the Pre-seed before sex and the Soft Cup after sex. The Soft Cup takes a little getting used to and it freaked me out a bit the first time I used it. I thought it was stuck lol. I even had to have DH go fishing for it because it freaked me out so bad haha.

Pre-seed is only a "sperm friendly" lubricant. So if you usually get ewcm around O time, then you are fine, no need for it really.

egg white cervical mucus. It's the clear cervical mucus that is super stretchy you get right around ovulation.

oh got it so if you are getting that then you shouldn't need the preseed. I know i have heard people say you need preseed with the softcups but wasn't sure why.
