Spider Veins around areola on breasts?

I am 13dpo and I had a very faint positive on 11dpo. Trying to wait again to test until my period date in 2 days. Last night both of my breasts itched so bad I wanted to rip them off! Today around 4pm I went to take a shower and noticed my right breast has tiny purple/blue spider veins on one side above my areola! My left breast has 2 spider veins too. Is this a pregnancy symptom?! I totally freaked out when I saw them lol.

Hi,
for the past few days (about 4) my breat have been very sore and I have felt like a sharp tingling sensation in my right nipple about 3-4 times in different days. Last time I felt it was yesterday. Adding to that that today I noticed veins in my breast. Which I remember having but not as pronounced and I also saw a blue ling from my areola going to the top of my breat.I had a white milky discharge 19 after the first day of my period. I am usually irregular but the month of May 2012 was the first month I got my period on my own after being on birth control for 4 months approximately. I have a cycle app on my phone and it said my fertility day were supposed to take place between June 6 to June 11. I had this discharge June 12,13,14 or so. Can this mean pregnancy, I am so confused. Im scared to take a pt and be disappointed again???
