Ive always read to bd everyother day starting with cycle day 8, then the day before ovulation, day of ovulation and the day after...then take one day off and give it one more shot the next day, just in case you ovulated later.....i tried this last month our first month ttc, it is exhausting but we did it...it didnt work but we tried again this cycle and we will know next weekend if it worked....good luck!!!

i hear ya its not easy!!! My hubby works eveings 3-11p and i work nights 7p-7am so most times im waking him up when i get home at 7;30 am or he is waking me up in the middle of my sleep at 2pm....def. puts a damper on things thats why i think its easier for those who work the same shifts or dont work at all cause they dont have to work around work!!! Hang in there, and good luck if anything try to do it as much as you can around O even if you can only do it the day before, day of and day after.......we were only able to do it both days before and the day of O not the day after....so we will see.. sometimes you need a break and your sanity and cant manage 1 more day, there is always next month.
