Implanon taken out 5 months ago..

[COLOR="rgb(255, 0, 255)"]Okay so I had my implanon removed five months ago and I'm really confused it's like each month something not normal happens but this month's just different.

My "period" was 6 days early started off brown then a couple days red but not heavy like usual real light and then back to a brown spotting which I last had yesterday but nothing today. My breasts feel different than normal they get random pains near the nipple and I keep getting constant headaches.. I took a PG test this morning and it was negative so idk if it's just my hormones messing with me? I'm going to take a final test on Friday morning because I just don't feel right but last month I had very bad back pains that I had to go to ER and I just don't understand how getting off birth control can effect someone like this ugh :// really depressed.
