argh lost my baby at almost 9 weeks! is there anything i can take to improve chances?


hey everyone im amy
lost my baby at 8 weeks 5 days totally gutted seen the strong heart beat at 6 weeks i dont understand what went wrong, i had to have a d&c last wedz and im just waiting for the bleeding to stop before trying again, is there any thing i can take to improve chances of getting pregnant? i didnt know pregnancy was so dam hard

I'm not sure of things you can take to keep a pregnancy safe long-term, but i did just want to say i'm SOOO sorry - i can't imagine the heartbreak

I'm so so sorry to hear that sweetie. I don't know of anything you can take but one thing I would recommend (b/c you'll hear differently on this site) is to try as best you can to cut out soy. Soy is in everything and it actually is not good for us in the quantities we get it. After I cut out soy I started ovulating after nearly 10 months. That's pretty significant.

I guess I actually do have something that you could take that might have helped me (at least ovulate, I've never been pregnant so I'm not quite in the same boat) but it's called estrobalance. I forget who it's made by but it is meant to regulate your cycles, it's natural, and full of great minerals for you.

its a horrible thing to go through, but i guess everything happens for a reason, its just so scary but i knew somthing was wrong as i no longer had sickness or sore boobs
