Can you have endometriosis pain when pregnant?

Hi I'm new hear, I've been TTC since November and had the dissapointment every month, this time I guess I lost heart when I got what I thought was my period , i was going out this weekend for a friends birthday which as i already have a 3 year old is a rare occasiob so as ive been ttc i thought i would take a test to make sure before i had the odd glass of wine.. It came back positive, now I'm very confused as i was sure i wasnt but am wondering if it was implantation bleeding as it was brownish and lasted 4 days but very light, but then did have pinky red for Afew days after. I want to do another test but will have to get Afew glasses of water down me first lol. My main question is I have endometriosis and only had the surgery for it earlier this year with the bleed I experienced a lot of pain and with exersize I have been too, it feels like my endo pain but I heard pregnancy gets rid of this so now unsure of weather I am pregnant or not, and if I am is this pain a bad thing? Any help would be greatly appreciated sorry for the essay. Thanks in advance

I don't know but i would see a dr. bc after pregnancy it helps endo but doesn't get rid of it..an ultrasound (transvaginal) i believe would be your best option.
