Hi everyone I am still not sure if I am pregnant or not? I posted on here last week as I had all the signs of pregnancy except getting a positive test. I decided to just wait and see if I got my period. It was due on the 30th of March and is always regular - every 28 days around 7-8am!!

So, this month I have been having every pregnancy symptom possible so early on as well as a few other strange things that I have never had before such as a urine infection.

I started to 'spot' on the 28th March - 2 days early for my period which has NEVER happened to me before. The bleeding got a little heavier and I decided as I haven't had a positive test as yet it must be an early period due to the stress of not knowing. BUT . . . I have only had this bleeding for 2 days as it finished last night and no sign of anything else since then. It was mainly small clots with hardly any flow as such and my normal period is always really heavy flow for 6 full days. The pain was the same as my period would have been but was 2 days early and 4 days shorter than normal with clotting unlike ever before?!

Could it have been implantation bleeding? I am really not sure?? Still having all the same symptoms such as needing to pee all the time, daily headaches and indigestion as well as bloating and severe tiredness . . . please give me your thoughts.

as per ur description it appears implantation bleeding lol.. fingers crossed.. and lots of babydust..

Thanks Piya lets hope so . . . just baffled as to why I am still testing negative?! Perhaps I will wait another day or two and then test again . . . just not my nature to be patient haha. Before I started ttc I was pretty naieve and just assumed that if I got pregnant I would miss a period, test that day, get a positive and then have a baby 9 months later.

I hadn't bargained for getting symptoms earlier than missed period, getting bleeding around time of period and still testing negative. This is all very stressful and some of you ladies have been going through this for years . . . I wish you all luck and hope you all get the babies you are wishing for

My period was due on the 28 and its not come and I spotted 5 days after ovulating and am getting negative tests too... I know its frustrating... hope you get your BFP soon x

hopeful- if you started to spot on the 28th for two days and it was indeed implantation bleeding, then you would not get a positive result until the 1st of April. And even then it would be a very faint positive. It takes at least 3 days for hcg to build up and be detected by a hpt. Are you charting your temperature?

Oh an not sure if this has any relevance but I was told at my last smear test that I have a tilted cervix . . . would this perhaps make clotting more likely? I know nobody can actually tell me what is happening . . . would be good to hear from others who are going through or have been through a similar thing. I actually feel as though I am going nuts right now

My poor boyfriend is even researching the net on my behalf as he thinks I may be pregnant too . . . despite the '2 day period'. How soon after implantation are we officially meant to test? I have 2 1st response tests here but don't want to waste them if too soon

Thanks Lindblum . . . no not charting temperature as new to this ttc. I will test again tomorrow morning first thing and hope for the best. Not sure of exact day of ovulation either although implantation would have been around this time so it is possible xx

wow... I'm in a similar situation right now except I only have a few symptoms. I started bleeding lightly on the 28th - 10dpo - (enough that i used a liner) and thought AF was coming but it was never red and now it seems to have slowed down. I took a test a few days ago and got a BFN. I have no idea what's going on but I'm hoping the best for you!!

Hi hopeful, I think you might have ovulated late meaning your perios has been pushed around a bit, i also think you had implanation bleeding as well, as lindblum said I would test april 1....hope you get your BFP!!!

P.S. if you do get a BFP you boyfriend will probably think your playing an APril fools joke on him lol sounds like a fun way to tell lol i wish it was me lol
