Hello All,

I'm 23 years old bf and I are TTC #1. Last month my period was 10 days late, and we were so excited, got lots of neg tests and then neg blood test I was so bummed. So this month we got OPK and I got + OPK on Apr 2nd and now I'm on the 2 week wait. My mom said she had morning sickness before she even got a BFP (positive pregnancy test). My stomach has been off the last few days..but I'm worried that I'm just imagining things and my body has been playing tricks on me. I'm not the most patient person ever...bf and i have both been wanting a family since before we were together just never found the right person until now. Ugh..just some feedback from people who are experiencing the same thing would be great.

Yeah I'm not your typical 23 year old... don't wanna go out and party all the time, have good job, vehicle, and i just bought a house in just my name, bf and I are living together, splitting bills, etc. Haven't been together very long, but it just feels right. Never was comfortable trying with anyone else. We've both been reduced to tears in the past b/c we both wanted kids but weren't in the right situation. It made me so mad that "God" will give horrible people babies but not women like me who would make a great mom.

Right now my stomach has been upset for 3 days - today isn't as bad as last 2 days, and stomach does fine as long as I don't eat anything. After i eat (even if it's just a little bit) my stomach gets upset. haven't been sleeping very well either. Wanting a positive SO bad....

U just described me!! well besides owning a house! Most of my friends my age laugh at me because I'm sucha mellow soccer mom at heart lol! that's awesome for you!! some don't agree with my bf and i ttc because we aren't married so we don't tell anyone. We both just feel like we don't need an expensive paper to say we'll be together forever! We definitely plan on getting married but we'd rather have kids while we're young and get married after because a baby and a wedding is just a lil much for our budget all at once!
I don't understand why those that don't deserve lil ones have them so easy but God works in mysterious ways and I know our time will come Fxed for you girlie!!

Yeah my cousin called me and my bf the other night wanting to know if we wanted to party and whatnot. We're like "it's 10:00 and we've been working on the house all day and don't have a lot of money...no thanks". I mean once in a while to go out on the town is one thing...but I don't have the desire or the money to go out and get trashed every weekend or whatever. My bf and I haven't been together very long so we don't really tell many people either. A family friend is so happy for me because she knows how long I've wanted a family and she knows it will make me happy. Some people have been trying to talk me out of it and say "you have lots of time..and you should wait until finances are in order" well I'm sorry, but if I was going to wait until I have a few thousand dollars in my bank account, I would NEVER have a baby. You learn to live without things and where there's a will, there's a way. Period. I keep having my bf put his hand on my belly because we think about what it's going to feel like when he can play "patty cake" with his son or daughter in my belly

Anyone who has a lil one will tell u if u wait till ur financially prepared u will never have a lil one haha. I mean within reason of course nice thing about here is that no one judges! U can say what u want and feel and everyone's so accepting

that's def nice to know. there's times I have gotten so discouraged and angry and just wanted to punch someone in the face.

as far as conceiving goes, I hope I'm fertile like my mother's side of the family!!
