can't decide if to use cbfm this month...

Hey all, so I have been using my monitor for the last four cycles with no bfp. I can't decide if I should take a month off using it to see if it results in bfp because I keep thinking, it might be a month wasted!! I always ovulate around day 11 to 16 so cycles r quite regular but I'm not sure if I would be less stressed with or without using it! Any thoughts would be great xxx

hmm i felt like stopping the cbfm but people on here advised me to keep going with it. It has very good reviews, just persevere with it.. Missing a month might confuse the machine and starting from scratch again with the first "getting to know you cycle" might frustrate you more

I know what you mean though..
