Natural ways to help the Body for Ovulation


Ladies ..as all of you know..Cd1 until the day of ovulation is probably the most hardest part of TTC Cycle...Can't get any action..you are basically sitting there and waiting for ovulation...Was wondering if there are any natural ways to help the body for a strong ovulation..please add comments..even if you think it is not significant...you never know it might work for somebody...it can't hurt as we are talkig about natural ways

I will add the first comment..it seems a gentle abdominal massage before taking shower is good for fertility health..here is the youtube link i came across

This is a great post because it is exactly how I feel! I actually can't wait until the TWW lol because at least SOMETHING might be happening! I do yoga daily and try to keep my stress level as low as possible as high stress can really mess with ov.

Also there is a supplement called soy isoflavones which are called the natural clomid. I plan to get it tomorrow but I'm worried I might be taking it too late it my cycle. I called around everywhere and only found ONE place in my city that sells it so I'm going to get some tomorrow... I will be on CD 5 and hope it won't be too late! But it's worth a try

I have heard that you can take them cd5-9 to bring on a strong ovulation with a good egg,so good luck.x

mycutie: thanks for the vid. you can underestimate the effect that your mind can have on your body. people when TTC too often focus only on the physical aspects but forget about their mind, which can be nearly as important!

kiranerys: Thanks for the info. I was worried that I was taking them too late so its good to know. I already O normally but Im hoping that the soy will give mother nature a little helping hand lol!

Great thread, i will defo try soy isoflavones atleast untill i can get on clomid (if it comes to that) Cant wait to hear more ways.
