Thanks for all the replies ladies!!

The morning sex would be perfect but he is one of the few men Ive ever heard of that doesnt like it in the morning! I always thought thats when men were most "virile" lol.

Hopefully as I get closer to O time he will restrain himself!

I told DH he had to take care of it by himself a couple of days ago. It had been a couple of weeks since we had seen each other and I wanted fresh swimmers for when I arrived. He doesn't normally do it though.

It sounds like he doesn't understand why he needs to wait. I'd also suggest explaining the science behind the reason why he shouldn't um, pleasure himself, before trying to conceive later with you. Explain that you don't care how long he lasts, you need his sperm count to be high so that your chances of having a baby are decent.

Is it possible he's doing this out of resentment or mixed feelings about having a baby? If he does understand the science, I'd guess that would be the reason he'd be selfish like that. I mean really, it isn't that difficult to wait.

Morning sex is another good idea - that way his sperm count will be rising all night, and he won't have a chance to squeeze one off before trying to conceive with you.
