Nope OH hasn't been tested. I figure it's early days. Maybe if we're still trying after a year (hopefully not!!!!) we'll consider it. My OH believes he's got super sperm tho :P

What about you?

Hi Faith n Hope, i'm quite new to this forum....i've been told i may have a polysystic ovary on the right side from a pelvic ultrasound I went for and I've been even more confused than ever...Been having irregular cycles since my teens but nothing like this...since end of May 2011 i have had cycles of 45 days, 60days, 31 days, 150 days, and now on CD46 like you. Also you mentioned taking vitex....i was a bit sceptical about it but started taking it 2 days ago. Have you noticed any difference yet? i'm also on EPO and starflower oil + prepregnancy multivitamins that include folic acid.....
My doctor won't do anything until next month when i've been ttc for 12months and will need to do a series of long tests with my DH before even being referred to a specialist. trying to loose weight by exercising and eating less and healthier (i'm borderline overweight bmi 25)....how's it going with you?

Hello!
Welcome! Im sorry to hear that hun!
I started taking Vitex about two weeks ago! and drinking peppermint tea about a week ago! My AF still hasnt came! I havent noticed anything yet? But people do say you have to give things a while to work! But as many people say its trial and error! How much Vitex are you taking and what strength?
Hope the tests go well!
I know its funny how Drs wont touch you for so long when you really feel like you have reasons and symptoms and results to need help! Im the same he wont seem to do anything until its been so long! Its stressing me out! I go back next week though to get hubbys SA results hopefully!
I just dont know when my AF is going to show up? Its so hard having irregular cycles! Hows it going? Are you going to try anything else?
BABY DUST AND GOOD LUCK!

Hi ladies!

I'm just taking prenatal vits and metformin.

I'm intrigued by the whole weight loss and PCOS thing. I'm of a healthy weight and have PCOS so maybe too much pressure is put on heavier ladies with PCOS to lose weight?

I'm on CD33 today. The annoying thing is that when we're BDing I have no idea if there's any point (in babymaking terms) since I have such long and irregular cycles. My husband seems to think we may as well continue BDing every other day throughout my cycle, but I'd like to know if there's any chance that we could concieve at certain points. Does that make any sense? Is it possible that we could still concieve from CD28 and beyond?

Sorry for my rambling!!!

GFLady I feel exactly the same I just wish I was more regular and had shorter cycles and actually knew when I was ovulating and that I deffo was!
I started my Af yday night after CD51! That hasnt been my longest since TTC either and every cycle has differed! My shortest was 18!
I just hope and pray that I have a chance and that it will happen!
It always turns up when I least expect it!
But I never know when to test either?

Hi Faith!

I'm glad I'm not alone at least. My shortest cycle for has been 59 days but I've been for a one year without a period previously. I never know when to test and waste so much money on testing! It's so annoying. I have hope that we will conceive though, it'll prob just take longer
