new to everything, am i acting normal?

Hi everybody i'm new to all of this! My husband and I have been married since July, he came to me this month (after alot of hinting) and suggested i come off the pill and just see what happens! Problem is, since then i've become obsessed! I've only been off it 3 weeks, can't stop looking at baby stuff! i've dl the mydays app for my fne which i use religiously so that the timing is right etc. (was even debating using an ovulation kit next month if it doesn't happen) I now accept that im ttc and its only been a few weeks!! i heard that coming off the pill it can take upto a year to ovulate and can't imagine feeling like this for that length of time! wish i could just stop thinking about it!! is this normal?? who else was like this when they just started out?

i come off the pill 6 jan and yet to ov or have a period so i know exactly where u at! i hope things go smooth n easy 4 u

Yeah its completely normal I've been TTC for 5 months and was NTNP for a couple before that and I still can't help thinking about it all

14 months ttc and I still feel this way! It very easily takes over your life so that everything is about ttc. Hopefully you have a short and stress free ttc journey. Babydust to you xx

We have been ttc for 6 months now and that feeling hasnt gone away! It completely takes over your life!! Fingers crossed that it doesn't take long for you xxx

me too!! only off pill for 3 weeks, using temperature/mucus chart and ovulation sticks already!! i'm the same, babies, babies, babies all I can think about.....although been like that for while - but now, new toys with the thermometer and the sticks!! got my very first egg white stuff today=----oh my goodness, never really read the info on that - there's tonnes of the stuff

hope your time feeling like this isnt too long, and then again - we're only planning on doing this the once, so I'm enjoying every single second of are we / arent we!!

I was on microgeon 30 and my cycles were a bit long (35 days) for the first couple of months but after about 5 months they went to 27 days and a year later they are still 27 days long! So it might take a little while for your cycles to become regular but if your not sure when your ovulating you could just have

every other day all month or use opk's, temp and check cm!!
