-Walk and exercise daily
-Annnnnnnd buy softcups(to keep it all in)
If i had a 32 day cycle when should i start using opks and also when will i see my first temp drop for ovulation? My first month temping.
i will be starting cycle #3 at the end of this month, and we will be using our opks as well, mucinex, and bd every other day as well and day of positive opk and the day after.......hopefully this works!!!!!!! i start testing on day 8 or 9 and i have a 25-28 day cycle.......for the past 2 months i got a positive on day 13 but this month i got my positive on day 11. im not sure when you should start testing but the earlier the better, just in case it happens earlier this month, and im not sure about the temping part as i dont do that, because i work nights and dont wake up the same time each day. good luck i hope month 3 is our lucky month!!!!!
Sorry to hear AF got you hunni! I always start using OPKs on cd 8 just to be sure I get it, I test at noon and between 4 and 5 pm. As far as temping goes, you might not see a drop the day of ovulation...it will be the last day of lower temps before they rise. Ovulation can be pinpointed after 3 days of elevated temps.
I definately think you should try preseed instead of the mucinex and/or grapefruit juice!!!! Most women get pregnant thier first time using it, and all the rest 2nd or 3rd time using it...there are lots of good reviews on it, its a little pricey ($20) but you can find it at walgreens, cvs, or rite aid....research it and see if its for you...i'll be trying it for the second time this month (1st time using it i missed O )
