just over 3 months off pill, no period or ov, advised i have pcos by ultrasound and blood test confirmation. seeing a fert spec in 7 days to hopefully get a provera shot to kickstart things and clomid! however last night / this morn i noticed alot of cm so today used my maybe baby saliva ovulation microscope and saw slight indicators of ov. (it picks up increased oestrogen) dont want to cancel my app and wait ridiculously long to get in again but what if i could actually do this myself? just BDed  and what if it could lead to a sperm and egg being in same place , same time! however the pcos i think can give misleading signs of approaching ov that never arrives so dont wanna cancel my app incase, i have never ovulated since coming off bcp due to pcos... please help!

I'd keep your appointment. You won't be able to to successfully have your zygote implant in your uterine walls without the provera shot to help keep your luteal phase long enough for the zygote to attach to the wall. | |
