That could indicate AF is coming, but it isnt usually that steep. Are your cycles always long or irregular? What are your average cycles?

Have you tested? If you are normally 32-34 then you would be late according to your chart. But, if you have had days longer before then could be AF coming soon. Try testing and see what it says. If negative then wait a few more days to see if AF shows.

just a thought. i am still using opk's (not sure why), and i read somewhere that if you are infact pregnant, they will test possitive. well mine are well and truely negative, so does that rule it out?

morning!

this is an update on my chart. still no sign of af, but didnt detect ovulation this cycle. im still using opk. if i was pregnant, would i be getting positive opks as so far there def negative. also, i've read that if preggo, temps are raised, well mine definately arent, but i am taking at different times eg. 4.40am 6.30 am and 8.30 am (shift work). would this cause my chart to look so odd?

thanks ladies. x

Testing at different times definitely do make a huge difference, if you temp earlier you'll probably get lower temps and vice versa...later waking time, higher temps. Try setting an alarm everyday for the earliest time you temp and then go back to sleep after temping, that's what I do to get clear readings.

I missed a couple things....temperatures generally stay high when pregnant due to progesterone and as far as using OPKs as HPTs, I just generally advise against it. The only thing that can tell you you're truly pregnant is a pregnancy test.
