I've never been on bc's long. They give me terrible migraines (I have them as it is.) So we haven't had to worry with that. I had implanon for a couple months & it was AWFUL so... I'm praying this is our month. My birthday is on the 23rd & I would love to get a BFP for that! Plus a december baby would be wonderful! I graduate with my 3rd degree, we celebrate our 2nd anniversary the weekend after, then the next weekend is christmas. A baby would be the icing on the cake! :-)

Wow, that would be wonderful! Fx'd for you! I'm already out for a December baby, unfortunately. But January still has hope.

I'm not allowing myself to buy any more test. I have 1 digi. So I'm thinking I may test on the23rd. Last month my cycle was 41 days this cycle is looking like a 32-34 day cycle so I'm unsure of when I should expect af. I've had flu/cold symptoms since 4po, awful hormonal headache ( I have migraines & there is def a difference) & today I am really lightheaded. Been having back and side cramps since 2dpo & lots of cm! Much more gassy too (can't stop belching) who knows may just me a fluke! Trying to not symptom spot too much, don't want to get my hopes up! :-)

My doctor said they've recently found that caffeine effects fertility a lot more than they originally thought. She told me I can't even have decaff. No caffeine at all :[ Not even my morning cup of coffee. Doesn't green tea have caffeine?

Some does...decaf also has a little caffeine, however, if you get the caffeine free green tea it is fine. My mother can't have chocolate or caffeine (including decaf) but she has no issues if the package says caffeine free!

Mrs hill, do you know how long your luteal phase is? Supposedly, that's supposed to stay the same from cycle to cycle, so it'll be easy to calculate when you're really supposed to start.

Green tea does have caffeine, but about a tenth of the amount a cup of coffee has and white tea has even less.

It's usually 12-14 days (so test around 21-23rd)

Oh, okay! I just wasn't sure. I don't usually drink much tea (unless it's chai, mmm)
Sorry to just butt in, lol. But I was wondering if you ladies have tried any smoothies? I've been looking for some fertility smoothies but a lot of them tell you to put things in it that I have no idea where to find. Like bee pollen? And royal jelly... and lots of other weird things.
