I haven't a clue. Sorry, and you're definitely not butting in, you're very welcome to join us!

Mostly, I'm just trying to eat right. I noticed a great reduction in my CM the last couple of days, realized I wasn't drinking very much so that my opk would be easier. So I got super hydrated last night, and this morning, more CM than I know what to do with, lol. I love easy fixes. Hopefully I get a +opk today cuz my husband and I BD'd after I picked him up from work and it felt like the winner.

That's the one I've found most appealing so far. Gotta figure out where to get some of the ingredients!

Sounds interesting. I don't know where to get bee pollen, sorry. But the rest of those you could find at a health food store. Where I live, we have a store called Good Earth and, come to think of it, they probably sell bee pollen, too.

Ahh, that's a good idea. I'll search for some health stores first around here. I live in Seattle so I imagine there will be a lot.

Shouldn't be too hard in a larger city. Where I live I wouldn't even know where to begin! Lol
