36+Clomid (5th cycle)+delayed O = confusion

Hi Ladies:

Maybe someone can help me. This was my 5th cycle of Clomid - 1st 100mg. I O on my own (usually CD13 w/o clomid) and have unexplained secondary infertility.

Here's my regimen -
CD1-5 Soy Iso 200mg
CD5-9 100mg Clomid
CD10-14 Estradoil
CD1-O EPO
BBT
Preseed

It seems like every other month since taking the clomid something wacky happens with O. Like 2 months ago I got a +OPK on CD13 but didn't get a temp spike till CD15. Alternating months I get a +OPK on CD13 and temp spike CD14.

This month I did the above regimen. I didn't get a +OPK til last night (CD15) but no temp spike this morning.

I'm really frustrated by this. It's delaying me by 2 days. Is it possible that one ovary is messed up? I say this because I assume that we O from alternating ovaries every month.

P.S. I am not monitored by my OB/GYN for the clomid and just recently saw a RE last month.
