Will a cold stop me from getting pregnant?

Starting the day I ovulated I got a really bad cold. I am currently 2dpo and I still have a cold which seems to be getting worse. I know that I for sure ovulated because of an opk and my bbt chart. So my question is.... Do you think that me having a cold during and after ovulation will stop me from getting pregnant? Or will my chances be just as good as any other month?

NO. Lol

Don't ever think your too sick to get pregnant. Ds was conceived about the same time I had H1N1 (swine flu). So yes, you an still get pregnant!
I think the illness has to be very serious to have an effect, or be chronic/long lasting, a cold won't make a difference.
