Cycles recently getting longer - see chart - worried?

Hi all (see my chart in signature)

Ever since coming off BC about 11 months ago, I've had pretty regular 28 day cycles. In December, I had a 31 day probably because I had a long exhausting holidays over the Christmas break.

I never charted or used OPK's until only a few months ago. My last 2 cycles have been very weird.

- Cycle before. Ovulated on CD22, in a 36 day cycle. Confirmed OPK and biphasic temp shift
- This cycle. CD25 no sign of biphasic temp shift. One positive OPK last night though. Might have to wait a few more days

Basically i've gone from 28 days, to a 36 day cycle, and potentially an even longer cycle for this one. No real changes in lifestyle, maybe only a little bit more stressed than usual but i wouldnt say hugely.

I did have a high level (double normal) of prolactin that came up on a blood test last month. Just did a blood test again and waiting for the result to come in tomorrow as i know high prolactin can mess you your hormones a bit. OBGYN informed me that I do not have PCOS.

Am really worried that I am not ovulating, and cycles are becoming irregular.

Any help is appreciated.

Got news back frmo the doctor, prolactin levels now in normal range. No idea why it was high in the first place.

However, now even more confused because high prolactin normally causes hormone changes meaning delayed ovulation, low progesterone etc etc. But since i dont have high prolactin anymore, why are my cycles soo long now

This one is likely to be a 40 day one, prior one 36 days, prior for a year 28 days
