DPO, how to calculate.


When I have done ovulation calendars it gives me two dates saying I ovulate between.....
When do I say my first day DPO is.
I got my this morning and want too add to the symptoms thread but dont know how to calculate it.

You need to work out when you ovulated (say for example CD14) then start counting from the following day so...

CD15 would be 1DPO
CD16 - 2DPO
CD17 - 3DPO and so on...

congratulations!

if you don't chart/use opks etc then you are unlikely to know the exact day that you ovulated and so it is difficult to know how many dpo you are, as cycle lengths vary between women .

Thats what I thought Mrs N. I wanted to be helpful and post my symptoms but I have probably confused everyone.
