Ov pain on both sides- what does this mean?

Hi I had an ectopic 8 weeks ago and had my first AF 2 weeks ago. Today I had +ve opk but I am having ovulation pain on both sides tonight. I only have my left tube after the ectopic.

What is the significance of pain on both sides?

Thanks for that! I have had two day of +ve opks when I usually have one, although I am now thinking I ov from the left side as the pain has been more consistent. thats good as I dont have a tube on the right!

I suppose I was trying to find out if you can ov twice, but on reflection that sounds daft as it would have been from both sides!
